Shipping

Delivery is free, Australia wide for all orders totalling $100.00 or more. Otherwise a flat rate of $7.70 including GST per order for standard shipping.

With distribution centres in VIC, QLD, NSW, SA and WA this equates to fast delivery anywhere in Australia.

Goods will be dispatched (pending funds cleared) usually the same day if ordered before 3.00pm.

Standard delivery times for stocked items:

Capital cities – 1-2 days
Regional areas – 1-3 days
Remote areas – 2-5 days (extra freight charges may apply to Northern Territory)

Delivery can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained, this is necessary to protect the goods you have ordered, and to verify to us that you have received your products. Any re-delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

If it is not possible to sign for an order, please consider getting your order delivered to your P.O. Box or business address. Or state on your order at checkout permission to leave on porch etc. Or you may be charged a re-delivery fee.

Returns

Should you wish to return a product to us for any reason to be credited or replaced you will need to fulfil the following requirements:

Contact customer service by email to obtain a return authority number and please supply invoice number, type of product ordered, your name and contact details. Return Authorizations are valid for 14 days.

No claims will be accepted beyond 14 days of invoice date;

Goods returned that are not faulty must be in original condition, unopened and in undamaged packaging or credits or replacement can not be issued, so please check carefully that you have ordered the correct cartridge before installing it in your machine;

Laser Toner cartridges must be returned to us with a print sample for further investigation by the particular vendor;

Any product deemed to be opened/used/refilled or modified in any way cannot be accepted;

When returning goods, please pack them in another box or carton so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc;

All return freight charges are at the customer’s expense unless the item received was not the product originally ordered; please ensure you have proof of delivery for returns in case your goods go missing in transit. Postage is not refundable;

10% re-stocking fee applies for all goods returned that are not faulty and or ordered incorrectly.

These terms and conditions are set by the vendors, not Ink Store Online.

Note: Before considering returning cartridges because they do not print or they print inconsistently, carry out the ink cartridge cleaning cycle several times as shown in your printer’s user manual, this will fix the majority of problems.
